APPLICATIO has been certified as a Fair Company by "Junge Karriere" magazine. This certification is given to companies respecting ethical standards in their work and those who that give alumni/young employees a chance. The five Fair Company rules are followed by APPLICATIO: We do not substitute full-time employee positions through interns or trainees. Graduates who applied for a full-time position do not get an internship position as an excuse.
We do not recruit interns or trainees with the vague option to later get a full-time position. We offer internships mainly for a professional orientation during an educational phase.
We pay interns and trainees an adequate salary.
