 APPLICATIO has been contracted by the Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB) (Federal Insutut of VET) with a project that aims at training Consultants of BIBB for their future role in Development Projects. The trianing comprises of several workshops as well as mentoring and supervision. Topics of the workshops are inter alia:
Consultants' Competencies Roles of Consultants Consulting Methods Planning, Implementation and Follow-up of Workshops and Trainings Intercultural aspects of Consulting Project Management etc.
