 The project originaly dealt with the planning and conduction of a Business Plan Competition in Darkhan-Uul, Orkhon and Zavkhan (provinces). Based on the high success rate, the Business Plan Compeition was already conducted three more times.
APPLICATIO is responsible for the overall project management as well as the planning and conduction of the competition on behalf of GTZ Mongolia: Planning and concept development; conduction of workshops around business planning; support of local trainers, training of local consultants; assembly and support of awarding commitees; Training-of-Trainers; selection of the best business plans;
support of the winners in order to sucessfully implement their ideas;
support with banks and credit negotiations.
