The project is currently in the 3rd phase. APPLICATIO together with ILTIS GmbH and InWEnt gGmbHis presonsible for the education and training of more than 750 civil servants of the different departmenrs in Afghanistan, under supervision of the UNDP.

• Fact-Finding Mission to Kabul, Afghanistan;

• curricula development;
  

• development of training materials;

• programme planning and scheduling;

• conduction of approx. 50 workshops p.a. in Kabul around management and leadership topics;

• study tours to Germany;

• supervision of participants through local coaches during phases without workshops;

• training of local coaches.
